After bottling the beer is allowed to settle and condition for three weeks. Subsequently there is always a trace of yeast at the base of the bottle, this is quite normal with all bottle-conditioned ales.
We recommend slight chilling to 10-12 degrees Celcius for optimum taste
Shelf life on VoG bottled products is normally 4-5 months on delivery
